Tai Chi School - TAI YANG

Tai Chi (Taijiquan) has its roots in the revered traditions of the martial arts, traditional medicine and the philosophies of the Orient. Chi Kung (Qigong) is closely related to Tai Chi but without the martial aspect. It comprises exercises that coordinate and regulate movement and breath.
Learning Tai Chi has many benefits when choosing for a healthier lifestyle, since this unique form of internal training is a practice that engages body, mind and spirit.

What can Tai Chi Do?

Physically it can –

The Teacher – Fazil Bacchus

Fazil has trained for many years - with teachers, training partners, students and solo. In addition to the traditional Tai Chi styles of Yang Lu-Chan and Yang Cheng-fu he has also studied the Chen Style and various other derived forms, as well as sword, fan and stick routines.

He continues to develop exercise forms based on the essential principles of Tai Chi, Qigong and Mindfulness and gives tailored workshops to corporations, businesses, institutions, diverse groups and individuals.
